SERVICE

MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST (＾-＾)


- I have the right to turn down / refuse any commission request that I am uncomfortable with or is not within my capabilities.- I have the right to use the commissioned art for self-advertisement. (e.g. posting them on my socials)

USE OF COMMISSIONED ART (￣ｗ￣)


- Commissioned art is generally for personal use only. (commercial use can be negotiated)  a. Commercial Use (Streaming / Content Use) - no extra charge, just credit my name.  b. Commercial Use (Prints, Merch, and Other Marketable) - depends on negotiations.- Commissioned art is strictly not for reselling / NFTs / A.I. use- Client should not claim the commissioned art as their own, they only gain the rights to use it as discussed.

PAYMENTS ($ w $)


- Payments must be made through VGen or directly through PayPal whichever is preferred by the client (you).- The price is per head. (up to 3 characters only per request)- 50% down payment before sketch ~ full payment after sketch.- The artist will only start the sketch after the initial payment is made- Initial payment must be made within 24 hours after the artist sends the invoice.- NO REFUNDS or Cancellations. (especially after the sketch phase)- The client may choose to cancel the commission during the sketch phase, but the initial payment will not be refunded.




Add-Ons:


Complex Character Outfit / Design: +5 USD per character


Complex Equipment / Accessory: +5 USD per equipment/accessory




Note: The Add-On price for complexity may vary based on the artist's judgment and skill, if it's not complex for the artist then no extra charge will be made.

PROCESS OF SERVICE (∿°○°)∿


- The client must not rush the artist into doing commissions, the deadline must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.- The client must kindly provide clear and detailed references, or ideas of any character they want to commission.- The client must pay the first half before the artist can start the commission service.- The art commissioned is drawn in the artist's art style only.- Revisions can only be done during the sketch phase. (up to 5x)- Character/s should preferably be in non-complex poses. (unless the client provides a reference that the artist can use)- Backgrounds should preferably be in solid color only. (if the client is fine with premade BGs then the artist will use that)- Estimated final delivery varies between 3 - 21 days depending on the commission request and their details.- The client must pay the other 50% before the final delivery.

COMMUNICATION (-w- )


- After the client has made a request, please DM the artist on Twitter. (@viprion_)- If there are some details that the client does not understand, they may also message the artist personally on Twitter.- The artist usually responds within a day.
